**Q: Has the oil been strained or does it have flecks of basil in it?**
A: I believe it has been strained; I have bought several different versions of basil infused olive oil and I don't recall any of them having "flecks" of basil in them.

**Q: do they sell the 20ml small bottles of vinaigrette/ like they use on Air Canada for travelers salads?**
A: We do not carry a travel size.

**Q: How do I open the spout?**
A: First, this basil infused olive oil is delicious as it is delicate -can easily get in Europe but not so much in US not in specialty stores.  So then glad at least Amazon has it.  Now then to open the spout you lift the ring around the spout breaking the seal.  Then while holding top of can with one hand, slip a finger through the ring and gently lift the spout out of the depression.  Enjoy - so worth the flavor profile.
