Although the fridge appears to be meant for chilling six-packs in a man cave, I use it to keep my insulin cool in my bedroom, right next to the bathroom where I inject. Having the insulin close keeps me from forgetting to use it. The fridge works just fine. Nice and chilly. Big enough to hold a 6-pack of cans. And the energy use document it came with says it costs only $30/year to run.

This mini fridge keeps everything super super cold. We haven't tried the heat feature yet but we will I'm sure at some point. It is an excellent price and value. I love the fact that you can draw on it as well it's fun to leave little notes on the front. It's very easy to clean and I love the fact that it will plug up into your truck or vehicle as well as the wall. The portability is awesome. #FoundItOnAmazon

Update! I have had this 2 1/2 years now and it is still doing great!! This is a life changer. I suffer from medical issues that make it extremely difficult to get out of bed in the morning. Having this lil guy to put my energy shakes in had helped me so much! I only turn it on at night and turn it off during the day. I have not seen an increase on my electric bill, so I think it must not use much. I haven't seen the water build up inside issue as reported by some reviews. It is run by a fan system which is a bit on the noisy side, but it hadn't affected my husband's ability to sleep. (I wear ear plugs every night so I don't think my opinion is a good one on the it's noise) I've had this for 4 months and I don't know how I lived without it!!

When I first received this, it was perfect for the office. It is a small, compact size with a contemporary color and design that kept 6 drinks very cool. Not cold, but good enough and very refreshing for the afternoon. Given the price, I was hoping this would last a year. But alas, here we are about 9 months in and the unit no longer keeps drinks cool. Drinks are essentially room temperature. And now, the power is starting to go out. Every now and then I have to jiggle the cable or the switch to “reboot” it. I fear it will quit on me soon. Not great quality if all I got was 9 months. I guess I’ll have to search for a different brand.

In 18 months it died. I bought this on a whim. We used it to keep sodas cold and close at hand. It worked fine at first. Kept the sodas cold. The only major complaint is that the door does not easily close. We had to turn the handle to close then release so it would catch. Slowly over time the sodas were not as cold. Then one day there was a puddle under the unit. Within a month after that, it completely stopped working. We had it for 18 months when it died.

The five star rating I gave this was for how it met my needs. I use it to store chocolate bars. It holds up to 15 3.5 oz bars. Ideal temperature for me is 65F. What I notice about the Chefman Mini is that it is very sensitive to ambient temperature. We had some chili nights in San Diego and it got down to 45F in my garage. Temp inside the cooler went down to 37F. In the daytime my garage gets up to around 80F. Cooler temp goes up to about 55F. It has a constant soft hum that never stops as long as it is plugged in. That would annoy me if it was in the house. It's not perfect for me but it is the best I can find.

Lv ittttt great space product for the office and put ur lunch in. Small drink bottle on the go to keep cool. The noise was lil to none I could barely hear it. Color blue was cute. Also i got lucky bought it cheaper than $34.00 last time got 2 yassssss.

Bought this for my fiance who works out of town and sometimes doesn't get a fridge in his hotel rooms. He has plugged it into his truck and warmed his food as well since it has a warming button. It's tiny but he can keep smaller things hardboiled eggs and healthier snacks cold in his hotel rooms so he's not always eating hoggie subs from convenience stores. We also stay in work camps and most don't have fridges so this would be great to have in your camp room so you can pack your lunch the night before and keep it in cool overnight so you don't have to resort to putting your lunch in the window sill to keep it cool overnight 😉 My pictures show the size against a 1.7 L kettle, and the inside picture shows it could hold a full size (900g) jar and 7 hardboiled eggs and a bunch of ketchup packets, for reference.
