Box was open but the tea was individually wrapped so not that big of a deal. Delicious tea and a fair price.

So good! I put a little bit of agave nectar in it and it’s so delicious and cozy.

I love this tea and sometimes cannot find it locally. Lucky for me, Amazon has it. Unluckily, every time I order the tea, it comes in that stupid flimsy envelop and the box gets destroyed. 3 orders, 3 crushed boxes. Fortunately for me, the tea comes in individual packets which protects it. The price is about the same as local stores, so no great value or savings. I drink this tea before bed to relax, because it is caffeine free. I like it unsweetened, but I know folks who love a bit of honey or sweetener in it. And Surprise!! It's very refreshing when served over ice!

My mom has been looking for a Chai tea with a much bigger flavor and Stash Tea has never let me down in the past with other flavors. When she opened the box, she got exactly the level of spice she was hoping for. And even more so when she poured the boiling water over it. The aroma filled the air and she could not get enough of it and has already gone through half the box. So it looks like I will be ordering more in the near future.
