But I thought I would give it a try and it seems to be helping. I have what they call 11s on my forehead. The only wrinkles on my face and they are hereditary and UGLY. I hate them. So, I thought I would try this and the lines seem a little less prominent. I will update you in about a month.The item is very well made considering the cost. It is sturdy and the metal parts are strong and tight. I wipe the jade stone rollers and handle with a damp cloth after each use and dry it. I store it in the box it came in. I think the company that made the roller is a small business so quality is VERY important to them. As far as packaging and directions, the item is well packaged and has clear, concise directions. It comes in a pretty little pink and green storage box.When you open it, there is a direction sheet with pictures. The only thing I did a little different is I added the Rosewater spray after I do the rolling process. Even in my 50s, my face is very oily in the T zone. But I think that this little gadget has helped, too. It calls for you to use a few drops of face cream prior to the procedure. .....try some of the serum for deep wrinkles with the roller. I think you will be just as pleased as I am.Try it for yourself because it is a lot cheaper than Botox and a lot better for your body. Maybe add a Biotin supplement to your daily vitamins. If it doesn't help your skin, I will be shocked. I use the La Vie supplement and Biotin i found on Amazon. And it helps your hair grow like nobody's business!We are timeless......if we just put a little effort into it. Look at pictures of 50 year old women in the early 1900s. Then look at Cindy Crawford and Susan Sarandon. You are equally as beautiful......just a little effort to take care of your skin will make all of the difference in the world.UPDATE 12/2024.OK ladies....maybe this little gadget seemed to work because I have an oily T-zone or i was blessed with my mother's skin. I am not sure. But my wrinkles have NOT gotten worse. I do not have any new lines or wrinkles. I have not noticed any new saggy areas.nnit seems to be like fluoride is for teeth. It will not correct any existing defect or wrinkle, but it maintains things. No new wrinkles or lines on my face. Being the optimistic person I am, I want to believe I discovered a wonderful gadget and it was cost efficient. I noticed my skin seemed smoother after a couple of weeks. I got the jade roller and gua sha tool together, and the jade is beautiful and feels nice and cool on the skin. It comes with an informative little booklet on instructions for how to use both items. a I don't know if it "works" per se for all the benefits that the internet claims, but I do believe it is good for massaging the face to stimulate circulation. If it's a miracle thing, I'll update my review of course!I did receive a broken roller (although the packaging was pretty solid and it was wrapped in bubble wrap), but I emailed them and they got back to me in less than a day offering to mail a new one. I was curious of course so I still rolled both ends around various parts of my face and I can verify that there's no squeak and the cool jade really does feel lovely.
