It's new, works and arrived in 3 days.

Reduced my signal strength
Seemed good value until I started using it. Signal strength was so reduced tv could only tune in 17 channels and they kept dropping out while trying to watch them. Had to buy digital indoor Ariel until I get something sorted with main Ariel.
