Tastes good. But it’s very hot. Even after trying these deeply. When I see the seeds inside, it looks like the chilies we put in butter milk only a few times. At least it is definitely not soaked in I’m butter milk and sun dried sufficient number of times that kills the hotness.

I ordered this after reading a lot of reviews of several similar products. The taste is awsome. When I used it first it was too much salty and hot so I stopped using it. After one month it's taste had changed totally with less hot and salty. Very delicious and crispy curd chilli that I was looking for long time. I will order again soon.

These chillies were ordered with great expectations , as they are a big favourite. Sadly they were a disappointment as they seemed not totally sun dried. Despite being fried they had a plasticky feel & texture and not the semi-crumbly feel. They were well spiced etc and would've been wonderful if they were well dried, which is so crucial. I can only assume that these were made a while ago but were in store as the lockdown made despatch difficult and this effected the quality of the product.

Too much salt, would have been much better if salt was less, filling is full of salt
