Does it contain sodium?

It does not container anything other than dried unripe mangoes (this is the mfg of the product)

Is this product produced in a tree nut and peanut free facility? If not does anyone know where I can find a amchur that is free from those?

I bought this a few months ago and my daughter had an allergic reaction and needed to use her epi pen. It turns out it’s produced on shared equipment with peanuts and some other allergens. It is not clearly printed on the packaging at all.

Can this be used in smoothies?

Hello, in answer to your question the flavor of dried mango powder may not be a good mix with typical smoothie ingredients. The taste is much like Chinese dried preserved plums if you've ever tried that. Or vaguely of tamarind. It has a tartness and works well in savory dishes with other spices. I use it as an ingredient in palakas--a grilled flatbread made with curds, flour, spices and fresh herbs. Also, 16 oz. is quite a lot. So as far as smoothies go, I'd suggest buying some dried peanut powder instead--it's great and versatile in other cooking as well.

Can you make Mango lassi with this?

It has a tangy flavor. I just added some to an apricot/mango chutney today...it will add a little tang to your lassi.
