Go with the med. I'm bigger than you and got a large. You should get white if you like showing off. When wet it is completely sheer, you nipples will show and the seam up the from will split your lips and this will be in clear view. Just so you know you will be hiding NOTHING !

It is very see through mine as well wear nothing. I can’t wear this on the beach unfortunately but it didn’t fit anyways. I ordered a medium and it fit like an extra small
