I am using this alot at the moment and figured as it's been such a life saver for me it deserves a review. Photo included is now, not when I brought it in Nov2019. I've used it alot on and off and it's great quality. It's heavy and firm, gives great support and is great for neck and shoulder flare ups. It is also very good for a weak or poorly person who needs to sit up in bed, as it is so firm and supportive. I couldn't recommend it enough! I use it in my chair and for sleep, if you like your memory foam to be firm yet nice and soft to lay on then this is for you. But it is heavy so bear that in mind when purchasing.

Great supportive pillow. Use it when resting in bed to prop me up. It is on the firmer side though so maybe not so good to sleep with

Fantastic, really comfortable to sit up and read in bed with. Recently found out that my sleeping problems won't be helped by using this to sleep on. I do feel one main issue is that it's quite large to sleep on while sharing a normal UK sized double bed. It's fairly firm when you get it, but soon becomes softer with us. No smell with my one like others have said, so make of it what you will.

Not made of memory foam it’s made of bricks. Solid and so uncomfortable

Fine to use on sofa if needing back support but no good on bed it’s far to hard and very heavy to move. I have put it in guests bedroom but probs send it to charity shop when passing. Nothing what I expected

I broke my scapula (shoulder blade) and thought this would help as my existing v shaped hollow fibre pillow was getting a bit compressed, but no, this is SO FIRM. It's actually painful to lie against. If you like a firm, VERY FIRM pillow, then you'll like it, but if you want comfort, then avoid. I've given it 3 stars as it's personal taste, but I would say its comfortable at all.
