Good product but inconsistent texture
Have purchased this twice and the first bag was spot on, beautifully fine almond flour which made melt in the mouth cookies as well as other baked goods. The second bag was a lot grainier and I'll obviously still use it, but it has the consistency almost of fine dessicated coconut when eating. Having read reviews for other almond flour products, this could just be the nature of it.

Pure almonds
Love this product for my baking. There are no husks included from the nuts so it’s purely the nut itself making a smoother product, no gritty particles. Well priced and quick delivery the kilo pack means I always have some in the cupboard. Great for sweet bakes and also added to some curries.
