Kent 12T Wide Tooth Detangling Comb - Handmade Pocket Comb for Thick, Curly, and Wavy Hair, Large Tooth for Grooming Hair, Beard, and Mustache - Saw-Cut and Hand Polished

This is my new favorite comb for my long and very slightly wavy beard. The 12T comb smoothly enters the full depth and glides through without grabbing or skin irritation. It seems that many consider the size to be on the large side but it easily fits unnoticed into my back pocket with my wallet and seems to not get lost like smaller combs. My previous favorite Kent comb was the 93T. The 93T is very-very nice but is an excellent choice for shorter hair grooming. In summary, the 12T is a very well made comb for thick and long hair.

I have this comb and use it as a travel comb for quick touch-ups. It's a very sturdy, classic and beautiful comb that will stand the test of time. It fits perfectly in my purses, even tiny ones, which is a big plus. The 12T is also the perfect size for a child to use as a regular size comb for their smaller sized hands. The fact that it does not pull or snag hair great, and makes it very comfortable to use.

This is the first Kent comb I have ever purchased, and it's clearly a cut above the free ones I've been using (mostly free ones from hotels). These are heavy duty and will hopefully last a long time. I got the set of two so that I can keep one in my travel bag and use the other at home. If you're looking for a high-quality comb, this should be your answer.

The title says it all. This comb is the perfect size and easy to carry around all day. It says it's handmade which I don't really care for but seems to impress my friends. These combs are fairly priced for what you get and they make excellent gifts to friends and family. The packaging is really outstanding. They do a good job showing off their product. The little packaging it comes in makes it seem like its a very high dollar comb though it's pretty affordable. The teeth are spread out perfectly. I think this one is supposed to be a "beard" comb though it works BEST for your hair! The comb does NOT nick your head either. I have never gotten nicked by this comb and totally forgot what it was like for that to happen until I forgot my kent comb on vacation and had to use a cheap comb instead. I would totally pay upwards of $30-$40 for one of these! Love my kent comb!

I have never referred to a comb as beautiful until I bought a Kent comb for a friend. They are so well made no sharp edges and the marble coloring is unique all made by hand. These combs are like buying a piece of history as this company was established in 1777. There is no comparison for the plastic combs bought at a drug store or a Walmart. These combs are very reasonably priced for the quality. A great gift idea and the English packaging is lovely with Royal Warrant of Appointment advertising they supply to the royal family. I am buying one for myself after finishing this review.

It's a nice looking comb. Everything is perfect exept that I find the comb teeth a bit short

Superb quality, solid, and a bit larger than typical pocket combs. Teeth are strong, very smooth, and all evenly spaced. But know comb and teeth are less flexible, so may not be the best for tangled hair. Also not the best comb if you intend to carry it in back pocket. I would rate this 4 1/2 Stars.

When I decided to grow my beard out longer, I discovered there is a whole world of high quality beard care products out there--after half a lifetime wasted using cheap, inferior combs. This is an excellent, high-quality product, which does a beautiful job of combing my beard without snagging. The teeth are cut with a saw and milled/polished to a smooth tip by hand. This means they don't have a seam from injection molding like cheaper combs, and the right width/tooth density for your hair type (this one is a medium sized tooth--just right for longer beards) will not snag your hair at all. The teeth on the Kent fine comb are a bit too close together for the thick hairs of my beard, but the ones on this are just perfect. Highly recommend. Note: I wish they also sold a nice leather sleeve for this comb so it would stay clean and lint-free in your pocket. I am using a felt sleeve made for small reading glasses, but it is less than ideal. I have ordered a leather sleeve made for two pens, and hopefully, that will do the trick. Kent would be doing their customers a solid by offering a high quality leather sleeve for another $10 or so. Kent--are you listening? (August Grooming makes a lovely comb case, but it is not wide enough to accommodate this comb. :( )

Have been using Kent for years. Kind & gentle on my hair & scalp. The tortoiseshell ones do break after a time, but their hard rubber ones last for ever. Got Kent brush & ever so handy brush & comb cleaner, do get one!

El peine es de un buen fabricante y de mucha calidad. Su precio, acorde. No es tan "de viaje" como dice el título. No es muy largo, pero tiene bastante ancho. Si buscas un buen peine de esas dimensiones, éste es bueno y bonito; no tan barato.
