I was also a regular user of comfort but I tried it once and It's better than that. Price wise it is cheaper but scent is similar. But it's slightly diluted than comfort. I liked it and yeah it's worth buying..๐

Not suitable for fully automatic washing machines
Although it does makes the fabric soft, it should only be used in bucket wash or at max in the semi automatic washing machine. Since it's consistency is lumpy like curd (Dahi), and it doesn't mix well with water quickly, so in fully automatic washing machine, it remains at the bottom of the input chamber and doesn't actually go in the washing machine with the flowing water.

It has long lasting scent-
I have been using fabric conditioners for a very long time. For me Soft touch is for the first time. I loved its little stronger scent and also lasting much longer than other product which is most popular. But fragrance is the same.I loved it. It should be priced competitively and refill pack of 1.5 litre should be offered. If priced right I am switching over.
