Nice one... tough competitor for comfort 😁
I was also a regular user of comfort but I tried it once and It's better than that. Price wise it is cheaper but scent is similar. But it's slightly diluted than comfort. I liked it and yeah it's worth buying..😊

Good product
It is a good product, fragrance is nice and fresh, keeps the clothes soft. Quantity is good

It has long lasting scent-
I have been using fabric conditioners for a very long time. For me Soft touch is for the first time. I loved its little stronger scent and also lasting much longer than other product which is most popular. But fragrance is the same. I loved it. It should be priced competitively and refill pack of 1.5 litre should be offered. If priced right I am switching over.

More than comfort, soft touch ocean blue smell is better... delivery package also sealed cap in softtoch..so that the packaging was very gud and safe.. Thanks to Amazon Team members..

Not suitable for fully automatic washing machines
Although it does makes the fabric soft, it should only be used in bucket wash or at max in the semi automatic washing machine. Since it's consistency is lumpy like curd (Dahi), and it doesn't mix well with water quickly, so in fully automatic washing machine, it remains at the bottom of the input chamber and doesn't actually go in the washing machine with the flowing water.

Smells good but don't last long.
Instead you can try Garden/Floral range of Wipro. This is NOT long lasting. Smells really nice but not for a long time.
