Well worth it
I like to try to cram lots of tools into a relatively small toolbox but I don't like sacrificing quality or usability. This thing replaced the knife I used to keep in my toolbox, but adds a respectable adjustable crescent wrench (which I was missing before), a rather nice pair of pliers (all I had before was the needle nose pliers on my Gerber DIME), as well as some screwdrivers I that probably won't see much use. Definitely a big improvement. Those of you who want to carry this around instead of keep it in a toolbox will probably want to use the screwdriver, and I wasn't totally clear on how that worked when I bought it, so… first off, the bits slip into a storage compartment on the back of the included case/holster, while the tool itself goes in the front. The case can then be attached to a belt via a piece of heavy-duty cloth with velcro. The Phillips head screwdriver tapers into a square shaft, and there is an adapter that slips over the screwdriver onto the square portion. The other end of the adapter is a standard ¼" hex socket, so it can take standard bits, which is a great feature. There are 3 hex bits (H6, H4, H3) 3 flat-heads (7, 5, 3), and 3 Phillips (PH2, PH1, PH0). The included bits seem pretty mediocre, but they're probably fine for a tool like this… if you need better bits you can always pick up some impact rated ones. The flat-head screwdriver seems to be of decent quality. Unlike the Phillips, there is no square shaft; the whole thing is just a long blade. You should be able to safely apply a decent amount of torque, but it certainly doesn't qualify as heavy-duty. The knife is okay; I wouldn't want to use it to pry anything, but it's sharp and pretty sturdy. It does have a lock which seems pretty robust, so you shouldn't have to worry about slicing you hand in half. The tools I'm most excited about, the pliers and the wrench, seem to be very good. The shape of the tool is great for both of them (i.e., fairly ergonomic), so you can apply a fair amount of torque without hurting your hand. The pliers are about 9mm wide so you can get a pretty good grip. The locking switch is a bit too easy to accidentally flip for my taste, but if the pliers do pop open it's hardly the end of the world… I'm much happier they put the good lock on the knife not the pliers :) The wrench is 9mm wide at the base, and tapers to about 6mm at the tip. The adjustment mechanism is pretty solid and there isn't a lot of play... maybe around ½ to ⅔ mm, which is perfectly usable. In addition to the belt loop on the case, there is a belt clip on the tool itself. I don't intend to keep it on me so I removed it (it's secured by a pair of Torx T5 screws) to give it a slightly more compact profile, but it seemed pretty solid and I would have no hesitation about keeping it clipped to me were I so inclined. Going back to the screwdrivers, I do feel they missed an opportunity… the square base is just a bit smaller than a ¼ square socket; it would have been nice to be able to throw ¼" drive sockets on there, though to be fair I don't see myself using that much in practice, and I'm not absolutely certain it would have worked (the Phillips head portion may need to be a bit shorter), though a ¼" square to ¼" hex adapter instead of the proprietary one they included would fix that. Bottom line, the quality is good. Not great, but it's solid, and more than worth the $24 I paid for it. Much more importantly, it's also well worth the space in my toolbox. I expect it to live in my toolbox for the foreseeable future, and for something like this that's probably about the highest praise I can give.

Unique & Great Multi-Tool, Well Made Too...
Firstly, let me say, I love this thing! Hah! It is a very nifty tool that can do a wide variety of cool things. The Crescent wrench plus pliers in the same package is a unique thing, and it is executed fairly well. The sliding lock in a slot is clever to keep the plier handle from fling out. What's more, it's built well, and there is no slop in, right out of the box. I have a Snap On 8 Inch crescent wrench and the rotating and sliding jaw is very precise, and the one on this nifty little tool is just a hair off from the Snap On; take what you will from that. I am a Sr Construction Manager and Owner's Representative for a large OSHPD/HCAI hospital campus here in SoCal. There is an occasion where I need some tools to get into a panel or do some odd job and this nifty gadget gets the job done. For the money, it's a great gadget. I have no reservations about buying it. Recommend.

Cool tool
The jaws of the adjustable wrench end are really flimsy and have a lot of play. I took it apart and added a washer next to the thumb screw. (Had to file down the washer quite a bit so it didn't interfere with the jaw teeth.) As long as I don't overextend the jaw, it now works great. The blade is super cheap, as to be expected at this price, but good enough for opening packages, cutting cord, etc.. I didn't get it for the knife, anyway. And the blade has a frame lock. The bits that come with it are a nice addition, but again, soft metal and won't last. Bits are easy to replace, though, so not a big deal. The pliers don't open very wide, but for most uses, it'll be sufficient. All in all, I just really like the versatility of this tool.

Good tool
Amazing tool I used it for the first time at work today and it was very useful and made my job easier. The magnet that holds the bits fell out within a minutes of using but some super glue fixed it and the magnet hasn't come out since

Exactly what I needed
Excellent tool, very useful. Durable, high quality construction. The only drawback; the jaw on the adjustable wrench is not held in place. I recommend keeping it in your pocket or the sheath, as clipping it directly to your belt can cause the jaw to fall out, potentially losing it. But i love it, a great tool to use daily on the job. Just what I was looking for. Would definitely recommend.

Mediocre Quality
The crescent wrench element is imprecise and two of the five tools we ordered had very stiff locks on the pliers.

Not just a cheap multi tool
I bought one of these a little while back and wanted to put it through the ringer before I wrote a review. I am a utility contractor and have to carry around equipment and sometimes a far distance. Weight and size can be a factor. This nice little tool is very versatile and can be carried on the belt or clipped to a pocket. The screw driver is a little wonky because it makes a "T" handle because it is on the side and may not fit or be easy to use like a standard screwdriver will, cutters on pliers are very nice and have stood up to clipping some heavy wire frequently on marking flags, crescent wrench works well on split bolts and has enough butt to handle some heavy handed torque. Made of good hardened steel and have had no real issues and save carrying a bunch of tools. Additional bits fit on Phillips head and use adapter. To make the screwdriver a little longer if needed I also added a screwdriver bit extension commonly used in a cordless drill. It slipped into the holster nicely. Overall a powerful little tool that any field tech, installer, phone repairman and a multitude of Mr fix it's. Thumbs up

An I interesting set...
This is sorta like a Swiss Army knife for different things. The build quality is adequate but not Swiss. But the versatility of what it does is reminiscent of the classic red knife. It is cleverly designed and one that certainly might prove useful for emergencies and repairs...if you remember you have it when the time comes. I doubt that many will find use for it every day...so most of us won't become good at using it or remembering its virtues. That remains to be seen. There's nothing particularly wrong with the tool...it just doesn't easily fall into a category that would inspire frequent use. Each of its features would be better served by a stand alone tool for anything but emergency use.

Util para tene en carro o casa pero no para cargar diario
El seguro para liberar la pinza esta muy duro, las puntas de destornillador están por separado, para una herramienta para llavar en carro o casa es practica pero para traer en el dia a día no tanto
