Not sure if it would work or not...Horrible Taste!

I can't tell you whether or not this stuff helps with sleep. I made one cup of this stuff and could barely get 2 sips down. The taste is one of the worst I've ever tasted! So bad. Maybe someone else will be more used to the bad taste.
