Polish with a clean rag and THEN sanitize it when it first arrives. It came dirty. It had an oily black polishing compound on it. Very important you don't get that into your body.Will update review depending on how effective it is after use.

It's ok. I prefer the Kegelmaster. The biggest con is it's cold but if I decide to get it u can always run warm water over it. Also, it doesn't have any resistance like the Kegelmaster offers.
