Works perfectly. Dont believe the bad reviews. You still need wraps, it won't move around if you know how to wrap your hands. If you slide this pad on, wrap around it on your knuckles first, then continue with your wrist and in between your knuckles, you'll be fine. And you will definitely appreciate the extra protection. Going to buy another one.

These are cool and save time instead of using hand wraps I double the use and use them as a band around the gloves when the Velcro ain’t working

One of the best knuckle pads on the market! Very smooth on the knuckles and felt great even on the first use! A little narrow for people with larger hands/wider knuckles.

I purchased this to supplement my wraps due to my first knuckle taking a beating every workout. It's simple to use and really helped with cushioning over the joint without being so bulky I couldn't get my gloves on and off quickly. Give it a shot, it can't hurt.

My coach recommended me get knuckle protectors after 1 year without using anything as I would get a lot of bruising as I trained 4-5 days a week 2-3 hours a day. I finally get them in, wrap my hands to start my warm up and conditioning PRIOR to hitting the bag and my hands start to ache like crazy! I think it’s my new wraps I got so I switch to older wraps I’ve used in the past and ignore the ache. I start hitting the heavy bag and my knuckles have never hurt more in my entire career with these. It’s like punching with concrete strapped to your knuckles. I took them off for the rest of my session and it felt much better with only my hand wraps but the damage and pain to my knuckles was already done but the garbage protectors. Seems like I’ll have to take an easy for the next few days while my knuckles recover from the KNUCKLE PROTECTOR. I’m not sure if you see the irony in this. These things are trash - not even returning - to the land field with them where they belong. Spend the extra $10 and get the winning TRUST - do not believe in the other reviews for your knuckles sake! Learn from my mistake please.

These only come in one size so I knew it was a gamble when I ordered them. I am a woman with small hands and these are way too big to stay in the correct position to serve their purpose. Fortunately they were not expensive, so no big loss on my end. I used them once during my marital arts training as I needed some extra knuckle protection under my boxing gloves following a minor injury. The gel cushion in these wraps seems to be a good quality and would probably be more effective for someone with much larger hands. That being said, there are a couple other aspects of the design that I was less than impressed by: 1) The seam / stitching happens to be on the inside, precisely where your knuckles should be, and would likely cause some uncomfortable friction if the wraps were to stay where you positioned them; 2) Even with larger hands, I'm not convinced that these wraps would stay in position under a pair of boxing gloves - forget trying to wear them with MMA gloves, there's no way they will stay in place. Ultimately, I'm going to try to give these away to one of the men I train with and hopefully they'll get better use out of them than I.

My knuckles barely feel a thing. I can throw stronger punches without worrying about blisters or damaged knuckles

Excellent protection at an affordable price.its. I own a set of winning boxing ng2 knuckle protectors.the chaos boxing ones feel identical to be honest & at a much better price. Work best under a 4.5 metre hand wrap & very durable also.

Nothing wrong with the pads, they are comfortable and do the job. I would however recommend either buying a few pairs or maybe some that are brightly coloured so that they stand out as iv lost one of of them.
