Move specimens to intermediate aperture, adjust the objective to the uppermost; 4. Turn the objective lens to 100x, 400x, 1200x as your need; 5. Looking at the objective, adjust the height of the objective lens to adjustable height, do not touch coverslip, look at the eyepiece, increase the focal length a little until you can observe the detail.
