Electric Fuel Pump Inline Fuel Transfer Pump 12v Universal Low Pressure Gas Diesel Fuel Pump for Carburetor 2.5-4psi HEP-02A

Worked like a champ for me. I converted a Grasshopper mower that had a mechanical pump over to an electric pump and solved my issues fine. Easy to install and is printed as to direction it needs to flow. I cut the plug in adaptor off the 2 lead wires and ran to ground and the positive to a fuse block coming off the ignition that was hot only runs when key is turned on. Pumped right up first use and engine fired up. Mowed on full throttle for an hour and never once had it cut out. As for longevity I can’t comment as it’s only been in use for a few mowings so far but it’s worth money and will be easy to replace now if I need to.

I needed to change the fuel pump in my 94 E-350 van and needed this to pump out about 15 gal of fuel. I also bought 5/16 Inch (8mm) ID Fuel Line Hose 10FT NBR Rubber Push Lock Hose High Pressure 300PSI for Automotive Fuel Systems Engines to cut in half and place in the tank and the other end in the container. NOTE: the hose doesn't come with hose clamps but I have stuff like that. It is kinda slow but I've got time and it worked fine.

NOT RECOMMENDED! Two of these pumps failed within 20 minutes of operation (1st one in about 10 minutes actually) - I replaced them with a name brand (Edelbrock) pump with the same pressure rating and it is still running 15 hours later.Note that I also had this exact Amazon pump (a 3rd one - bought several months ago) on this tractor and it ran about 7 hours before it failed - I just assumed it was a fluke, but now that these two have failed very quickly, I know they are not worth buying. Downtime cost's money!! NOT RECOMMENDED.

Used it as a gas transfer pump to drain my equipment for storage. Works great

Pump came fast and well packaged. 2-3 pounds is minimum to operate riding mower of 20hp Briggs. Works great if not mounted too close to engine. Heat may lock it up til cools down. I moved it behind mower near battery and now keep on going like the energizer bunny. Very happy with this transaction.

I liked the value of this pump, I have a F-163 Continental engine in a 1983 Waldon 4100 loader. Replacing the old pump with this one brought it to life. It runs great. I ordered a second one for future use. I don't know how long it will last, but so far so good.

I needed to pump out 200 gallons of bad fuel out of a boat. It did pump out about 180 gallons before the pump stopped working. After hitting it with a hammer, it started moving again and got the final 20 gallons. I still feel like it was worth the price because my alternative was hand pumping it. In terms of using this on a vehicle or boat.... I would not rely on it.

Worked great, easy install for someone with some mechanical/electrical skill. Amazing how much easier it starts now and runs much smoother as well, used to surge but no more. Highly recommended.
