I felt eloquent, powerful, vibrant, articulate, confident, good looking, all just from wearing that "Power Suit!" The exact same thing can happen with the right fragrance! You take a nice, cool shower. You come out, dry out and rub a good-smelling lotion all over your body. A good lotion always acts like a primer does to a top-coat of paint. It captures the cologne molecules that you will spray on afterwards. Keeps them vibrating longer, the scent more prominent, alive, fresh, for a much, much longer time. Instead of the molecules being absorbed by your skin's pores, they are maintained in their active state within the thin layer/coat of lotion above. You walk out of the house and get a fresh whiff of your own cologne and feel fresh, clean, invigorated. It alters your mood, heightens it. You are then pleasant to everyone, and that resonates with people. Not only do you elevate their own moods with your higher vibrations, but you leave an imprint within their psyche, anchored by your amazing scent! Many will feel safe commenting about it, because they see that you are a cool person, with a cool personality, and they can feel comfortable with you. "You smell absolutely amazing! What is that?" they'll ask. Being FASCINATED by the power of scents, I joined both ScentBird and ScentBox. I wanted to try out the rarer niche brands without having to spend $200 to $300 in BLIND buys. I filled my quiche for the entire year, for each company, and that is how I eventually received Mercedes Benz Select! I LOVED IT! Whatever reviewer wrote that it smells a lot like Creed Aventus, is quite correct! That is the very first thing that came to mind when I smelled it! Out of all the colognes that I have received, both from ScentBird and ScentBox, this one, Mercedes Benz Select, is the only one that I ended up purchasing in full size! The only one that I sprayed on in the morning, got compliments throughout the day, and could still smell it on my shirt in the late evening, right before jumping into the shower! I highly recommend it! $30 bucks, compared to the $300 that Aventus typically goes for, you tell me whether it is worth the price!

Disappointing. After reading the great reviews I thought it would be a nice cologne. Instead, it’s mediocre at best. It doesn’t have a good leather scent or anything of note that “pops”. There is nothing remarkable about this fragrance. I put the bottle in my powder room and I use it on a basket of pine cones for potpourri. The better scents? The old Ralph Lauren green bottle, (the original) and channel Platinum.
