I take them regularly. Quality aside they function. When I was getting lightheaded and couldn't function normally I needed a b vitamin complex. These functioned.

Product if balanced B vitamins is getting harder to find, do I was glad to see this on Amazon. I wish it had a UPS symbol on it to give us assurance as to the actual contents and ingredients. Because this is lacking, I am not sure that I will continue to purchase it.

Did what it claimed on the bottle....for this old Lady
After being sick over a year....a month after taking B-50 COMPLEX---I BELIEVED THAT MY PRAYERS WERE ANSWERED IN SUPPORT.....OF MY METABOLISM TO GET SOME ENERGY BUT I HAD TO TAKE IT WITH A MEAL OR SANDWICH and then drink water or juice...

Excellent B-complex
I love this vitamin! As crazy as it will sound, I didn't buy it for me originally. I bought it last summer as a recommended supplement for my dog with kidney failure. When she passed away, I had over half a bottle remaining, so I started taking it (I need Bs anyway...). I was nervous because often B complex, and other vitamins, can make me nauseated. This did not! I can take it at any time of day, with or without food, and I'm fine. Your mileage may vary, however. I'm on my third bottle and won't quit anytime soon.

Not for me
I have decided that I cannot take a multi b complex vitamin because it makes me feel nauseous. I tried taking it with a meal, and 3-4 hours after I take it, I feel very sick. It is not the fault of the brand.
