Very effective and exactly what I expected from a DeWalt product — reliable and well made. I’ve been using this 9-in-1 tool for small jobs around the house like scraping, opening paint cans, and light patch work, and it handles everything without any issues. The build quality is solid. The metal blade is thick and sturdy, not flimsy at all, and the edges came sharp enough to get right to work. The handle has a nice rubber grip that feels comfortable in the hand, even when applying pressure. From the photos, you can see the clean finish and the weight of the tool — it feels durable and built to last. What I like most is how versatile it is. I use it all the time. Would have been 5 star review because of how much I use it if not for the metal being a bit too soft. I'm not a metallurgist though so take that into consideration. I have noticed a bit of metal rolling at the edges of both sides of the tool. Holding up pretty well though for how much it gets used. Side note, the hammer strike is metal as listed. It looks like plastic painted to look like metal but it isn't. You can absolutely hammer it.

First of all it's a DeWalt can't go wrong there second of all it works very well it was well priced and I love it I use it for a lot of different things around the house.

I’m a full time carpenter. When I first started carrying this in my belt I got laughed at pretty hard. We rarely do painting projects but we do everything else. You know what this tool is good for? EVERYTHING ELSE. I use this everyday multiple times a day for weird stuff that no other tool can handle. Don’t want to scar up trim to remove a window, start prying with the painters tool until it’s separated enough for a flat bar. Stubborn soffit that won’t connect right? Guide it into place with this tool. Forgot your knife and need to cut literally anything. One swipe and it’s cut. Lumber bunks, plastic wrap, tape, cardboard, silicone beads. No problem. This tool has no one use. But when you can’t think of a tool to get yourself out of a problem this is the one. Bar none. Get one for work. One for your truck. One for your house.
