Having a 5-pack is especially convenient for running multiple trail cameras or keeping spares on hand. The cards format easily, write consistently, and haven’t shown any corruption or failures. I originally got these for my game camera but have started using them for transfering files from older laptops to my new one. I use them in my digital camera, my cassette & CD to MP3 equipment, memory bank on my Donner electric drum set, these things have so many uses! Not only are they easy to use and smaller than a thumb drive, they're easily formatted for anything and most of the time they are recognized without any work! They write and transfer faster than a thumb drive and don't have any moving parts to wear out! I love these things.

My wife uses these in her outdoors game cameras to see what animals are walking around our property. She likes the quality of images these record. Plenty of memory for her to capture the various wild life around us. Reasonable cost.

UPDATED 9/8/2021: After further troubleshooting, I discovered the problem appears to have been on my end (faulty card reader switch on older MacBook Pro). The cards are seemingly fine, functioning normally. I've upgraded my rating from 1 to 5 stars. I should also add that the seller initially, and promptly, offered to replace the cards when I first reported the failure (I've since notified them to cancel the replacement). UPDATED 8/31/2021: After another 4 weeks (4 weeks using the second of the two SD cards in the package), card #2 failed. Cannot write to either disk, cannot reformat. Complete failure, totally unusable. ORIGINAL REVIEW: After just two weeks of usage, one of the two SD cards failed to read-only mode. Cannot format in Disk Utility (Mac High Sierra), cannot delete/edit files, etc. Tried all the tricks I know (moving lock slider to mid-way position between "Locked"/"Unlocked", etc., no joy.

Works perfect. Real product not a knock off.
