Big 100 Colossal Protein Bars, Vanilla Caramel Churro Meal Replacement Bars, Brown, 9 Count

These are my absolute favorite protein bar, and I have tried *MANY* these are expensive but they're worth it with the whopping amount of protein and the fact that they're actually tasty and easy to eat. It can serve as a meal replacement when my appetite is bad from my IBS so I don't starve, and its not a chore to choke down. They masked the funky whey taste and the texture isn't unpleasant. No artificial sweetener so no weird flavors from that. I don't have a lot of money but I buy these or their Apple Pie flavor (tied for favorite, I buy whichever is cheaper month to month) every month, three boxes of them enough for one a day for almost the whole month. They keep me going. Good stufff.

These are so good and helps keep me full for the whole day after eating just one of these bars.

Pretty decent macros. Good for when youre not able to eat meal on the go. I tried peanut butter and pretzel first and thought it was very tasty and then I got churro and it was even better. Peanut butter and pretzel is kind of dry and you should definitely drink with water as it recommends but churro is a lot smoother and goes down a little easier. Churro is very sweet though and would want a mix of peanut butter and pretzel and churro to break up the sweetness. Would get again.

These bars are giant! A good amount of protein. My husband eats seafood for a mid afternoon snack or sometimes in place of lunch. We always have a couple candy in our car in case someone is starving or misses a meal!

I day to day nutritionally rely greatly on MET-Rx Big Colossal Protein Bars a lot. I love them! I also love their Pretzel Big 100 Colossal Protein Bar a lot!!

I'll preface this by saying that I am a fitness coach and life long fitness enthusiast (25 years+). People commenting on these "tasting bad" have to be the most picky/non-healthy eating people on the planet. They're probably used to eating hyper-palatable garbage all day and then blaming/getting mad at these bars for not tasting like a cup-cake. Guess what? They aren't actual candy bars, nor does MET-RX claim them to be so. If you're used to eating relatively healthy, you'll really appreciate these....A LOT...and yes the taste too. These bars have a lot of protein and nutrition. The taste is super good. They're my dessert or late night snack or between meals when I'm having a sweet tooth. I've had all of them but my 2 go-to's are vanilla caramel churro and peanut-pretzel. They aren't the absolute best for cutting calories, as they do have 400 calories and some sugar. And no, they aren't going to take the place of real nutritious food, but for what they are and should be used for, they're very good. But no, you won't bite into these and be tricked into thinking you're eating a snicker bar. They're meal replacement/protein bars. For what they are, I'm surprised they were able to make them so good. Highly recommended.
