How does this exfoliate if you don't wipe the dead skin off your lips?

I put the balm on at night then wipe off in the morning. Dead skin is wiped off easily as well. My lips feel very soft and moisturized.

Do you apply and rinse off like most lip exfoliator

I don’t I just apply and leave on. Its almost dual purpose for me. Exfoliates and moisturizes. It isn’t a harsh exfoliation if that is what you are looking for. Very gentle.

It has Barcelona, Spain on it, but it doesn't actually say "Made In". So I'm not sure.

Can you use this as lip primer?

Not really. It is like a lib balm with sugar crystals in it. It makes a rough texture so it can exfoliate or remove skin from your lips. It is a very good lip treatment, but it is not a lip base coat or lipstick primer. Good luck !!

Excellent product but priced hig

The product is excellent but expensive in India. I purchased it from Dubai airport, it was just 19.82 Dirham ~ 390 rupees. If the price is reduced, I would love to pick another one from Amazon.
