I’ve gone back to these because the wings on almost every other pad irritate my skin. If you’re like me and can’t stand the friction of wings against your thighs, these are a huge relief. They are much thicker than the "ultra-thin" ones, which actually makes them feel more secure, especially if you have a sudden flow. The top layer stays pretty dry too, so you don't get that gross wet feeling. Just a warning: they are bulky. I wouldn’t wear these with leggings or tight jeans unless you want a visible outline. Also, since there are no wings, the pad can bunch up if you move around too much. I've found the adhesive is actually really strong-sometimes it’s even hard to get off the fabric-but it doesn't stop the sides from shifting. Definitely do not believe the "9 hour" claim on the box; you'll want to change every 3 to 5 hours to stay comfortable. Great for office days or staying at home, but I wouldn't use them for the gym.
