Great 10 stop filter

This filter is excellent but the sponge ring supplied I think may not quite be the answer to keeping out lens flare as it is a bit to small in Diameter and it moves a bit and creates vignetting if a careful eye is not on it. Quality is great but that Sponge ring needs to be a better quality material I think. Still very happy with the results.

A decent quality product. If you have dabbled with the cheaper ND filters and looking for an upgrade these are worth a look at. The 10 stops allow for some serious long exposures. The two examples were both 20+ minute exposures but no issues with excess noise or colour issues.

Great filter, gives you the colours as they are,great glass quality feels solid and well build,easy to clean with a wipe glass tissue.

Good for smoothing scenes like waterfalls, waves, sunsets where you want a longer exposure without using f22! The only negative is that it doesn't like Aperture priority and you have to use bulb / manual mode.

Very good 10 stop filter, the images taken through the filter maintained the correct colours.

I'm sorry to say I have found the cokin system to be utterly impractical in my own long exposure work. Dust (of all things) is a plague. The open structure of the P filter holder means the damned stuff gets onto everything - the lens glass, each side of the filter (and thats each side of each filter if i'm trying to stack them). I tried using several cokin hoods stacked, then adding a home made 'gaiter' around the hood and lens to enclose the filters and protect them from the damn stuff. Nothing helps. I'm finally switching to K&F circular threaded filters so I'll at least only have one plane of glass exposed to the elements and I'll be able to use my manufacturer supplied lens hoods.

Really good! Considering it's a cheaper ND filter in comparison to others it's amazing value for money

Ich habe mich für diesen Einschubfilter entschieden, damit ich ihn für verschiedene Objektive einsetzen kann. Von Cokin habe ich auch noch einen anderen Graufilter, der bei weitem nicht so hochwertig ist, wie dieser. Dieser ist aus Glas, bietet eine sehr hohe Bildschärfe und versaut das Bild nicht durch Farbstiche. Zu dem Filter gibt es eine Kunstledertasche, die von innen mit Samt beschichtet ist, so dass der Filter auch gut und geschützt aufbewahrt werden kann. Bei meiner Z6 war es unter Tageslichtbedingungen auch problemlos möglich durch den Filter zu fokussieren. Den Filter würde ich ausnahmslos jedem empfehlen.

10-stop filter with minimal colour cast. Fits into my older Cokin filter holder.

As a Cokin filter user for many years this filter completed my set.
