Your testicles get supposed but only when standing or walking if sitting or lying it slips off material is fine does not irritate skin but I would advise to buy one that has straps around your buttocks if you did surgery. There are surgical support ones but they don't have a hole for your penis why I think this would be best. I purchased two styles of these supports and noted, based on both purchases, that it is VERY important to get the correct size. The pouch of this product is soft and holds fairly securely.
