Reviewers said it was, I figured I wear a motorcycle helmet can't be that heavy. Wrong! Ok I could deal with the heaviness. I got these to wear when my hubby is around. He's one of those guys that doesn't ever shut up. Ever. Drives me insane. I got it to block his constant talking out loud to himself. I can still hear him. It's annoying. I would like to send him back. I'll keep the headphones.
