This is a quality charger, and you can tell it's made with love, the right parts, and some extra features. It doesn't make noise, it is very safe because of all the technology inside. It charges things fast by using a qualcom chipset (which is a trusted manufacturer), this board also provides state of the art overcurrent, overvoltage, overheat and short circuit protection. For $10 it’s definitely worth the money. I’m giving it 4 stars cause this doesn’t fast charge the iPhone. I ran some tests. Dropped my iPhone battery percentage to 59% plugged in this usb car charger waited till it got to 70% and then I started the timer. Took 10mins 02secs to get to 70%. Did the same thing with my 12 watt charger and it took 9 mins 55 secs. Also did the same thing with my fast charger and it took 7 mins 45 secs to get to 70%. I also used the genuine proper usb-c cable from apple. This definitely beats the 5 watt charger that comes in the box with apple. But I wasn’t looking for a 12 watt charger I have plenty of those. I was looking for a fast charger. Anyone coming from an apple 5 watt charger will try this one and say they’re in heaven cause of how fast it charges. But it’s not true 18 watt fast charging. I was very happy to see that Amazon was carrying this and had named it "Amazon's Choice" because I had been unable to find it for a while - thus the inferior purchases. Plus it is not limited to those devices. Each port delivers a charge that would be suitable for any device that used that much or less power. I have a number of devices - such as a Digital Audio Player - that require a USB charge that aren't pictured on the brick. Because they are older type devices that don't require a lot of power to recharge, I just plug them in to any slot and it works fine. And the Quick Charge slot is super quick.
