Works wonders!
Love this product! Gives me more energy and not to be gross but I don’t have a gall bladder and struggle with constipation and haven’t had a solid normal poop in ages, the moment I take this within the same day I’m able to pass a normal stool. This is a god send!

Love it
I started taking this vitamin because I have deal with high stress on a day to day basis due to PTSD. This not only gives me the energy that my stress typically depletes me of, but it also boosts my mood and mental clarity as well. I get through the day more balanced and emotionally regulated. I notice the difference whenever I go a few days without taking it. The chewable B6, B12, and folate that Bluebonnet sells is adequate as well! I’ve tried other b vitamins by other brands but this one is the best with the most noticeable difference. Thank you!

Good combination of ingredients - necessary vitamins
With increasing age, my Primary Care Physician has recommended taking supplements for certain Vitamins. As I understand it, his advice comes from nutrition studies published in peer reviewed medical literature over the last (approx.) 25 years. These studies are very hard to do and not very common. Often, and unfortunately, the established facts are overshadowed by testimonials found on TV or social media - and this is a totally different, and much less reliable, form of information. But the consensus among medical professionals, as far as there is one, is that aging adults need to be sure to get enough B Vitamins, including B12 and Folic Acid, and enough Vitamin C. This is essentially 'insurance' against vitamin deficiencies that can cause medical problems. We are 'at risk' for not getting enough of these vitamins because our diets often depend on too much processed food. It is hard to know exactly how well this supplementation plan actually works, because it is hard to measure what doesn't go wrong. But if one believes in the idea of 'insurance' against future health problems, then taking this kind of supplement is a good idea. FYI: Vitamin D3 is equally important. It is widely available but is not included in this preparation.
