Top quality graphite pencils

As advertised. The pencil marks disappeared as I painted over them, so I did not have dark pencil lines where I did not want them in my watercolor. Nice sizes and hardness of the leads. Good quality for the price, too

Excellent quality from Faber-Castell? Not a surprise. Adding in the water soluble graphite feature makes them even more versatile and useful. I am an absolute beginner at drawing (should have started 60 years ago) so I can't judge how experienced artists will feel. But these pencils offer an easy way to experiment with liquid medium. For the low cost of the excellent pencils, a cheap brush and a cup of water the door opens for all sorts of learning opportunities. Great value and lots of fun.

I've been creating my entire life, and the best tool for a sketch is the one in your hand... But even the most skilled of us need *good* tools, and you can't go wrong with Faber-Castell. The quality is well worth the money you'll spend, these pencils are durable, lay down smooth on the right paper, and the depths you'll get are perfect. Once you add water, though, the colour is going to stay put, so use your kneaded eraser before you do so. I love grabbing these sets, the tin protects them (they're pretty durable, anyway), so they're good to carry in your pocket with your 3x5 sketchbook... And remember: keep your pencil sharp, a dull pencil makes a dull drawing.

Great quality pencils, love to work with them for my watercolor paintings. However, beware that the tin is very thin and mine had a bent corner. It is a shame but I still love the pencils. They are smooth, great value for money, and at the end it is as always of highest quality. I was raised in an architect and an artist's parents' home so I was raised with Faber-Castell since childhood, and love it!

I was watching one of the ladies I follow on a video and she mentioned working with these water-soluble graphite pencils. Too cool! They were not a bad price so I snagged me a set and have just started using them. I love that they blend in well with the watercolors and as I said, I'm still learning so I'm sure I'll find and figure out some different techniques with these pencils. Definitely worth adding to your watercolor toolbox!

I'm not much of a 2D artist, but these are my new favorite drawing tool!

These are great to for drawing on canvas's with as when your painting the lines just disappear into the paint. The are also great to do black and white watercolor drawings with.

Zeer tevreden met dit product, goede dekking - zie afbeelding - ik heb de vlakken (diverse potlood sterkte) niet laten vervagen maar in zijn geheel gekleurd en nat gemaakt. Glad dik papier gebruikt. Nadeel - zie links bovenin de punten krijg je niet zo scherp als vulpotlood diktes (de fijnere varianten) daar door werd mijn mini veer vertolking niet zoals ik wenste (misschien nog verder oefenen op de techniek of met een mesje slijpen of met schuurpapier puntiger maken). Jammer dat deze niet in fijnere variant beschikbaar is daarom 4☆

Ok I'm so glad I found these! I was looking for a pencil to create mandala grids that I could use on pretty much any color, any type of material, that would wipe off easily and these are the bomb! I just love them! They make great lines, easy to see and easy to wipe clean!

اقلام جودتها ممتازه.. كأنها اقلام رصاص عاديه لكن لما بتمشي عليها بفرشاه مبلله بتتحول لالوان مائيه.. سوادها قوي وفاحم جدا بعد تفعيلها بالماء.. انصح بها جدا..
