We have a a rescue Collie. He was mistreated and is neurotic, nervous, and jumpy. After a year he has improved but is still really nervous and hyper-vigilant. I tried the L-Theanine and it helped a little but I read some articles about the GABA and was thinking it might help our dog. We tried the standard dose as he is a large dog. Right away there was a big change in his behavior. Collies by nature are calm animals but this poor dog was a nervous wreck. What a difference it has made for him. He isn't so jumpy and hyper-vigilant. He has a sweet nature but his vigilance about garbage trucks, bicycles, golf carts, runners, etc made him distracted from normal behavior, play, group rest and relaxation with our other collies. Good product.

I take this product to improve amino acids. It works and is subtle, not groggy or interfering in any way with daily activity. Not as strong as some, but there is something to be said for quality and it is smoother. It helps mood and balance.

I love this stuff!! It works for me to take the edge off of anxiety. It's not as strong as taking a Xanax so I wouldn't use it if you were having extreme anxiety or a panic attack but if you're feeling a little "off" it works great - for me anyway - to calm things down. It definitely calms me down. I have the used every single supplement by itself for anxiety but for some reason this was the magic formula for me.

This has worked for me and my husband. We only use it occasionally but it does help us relax so we can go to sleep. We don't wake up as many times during the night as we do without taking it. It arrived on time and bubble wrapped for protection.

If you have sensitive stomach, this will make you feel like burning a hole in your stomach. If you check rhe ingredient, it has two different kinds of acid. I tried for a few days, with or without food, the side effects is there, and because of the cramps, I can’t fall asleep. It’s useless for me.

My naturopath recommended this to me for what I call the "black fog". My inability to focus due to PMS and hormones. I also have ADD. This has helped me tremendously.
