I bought these curtains thinking that at $65/panel that I was in fact getting "Chartreuse Bright Velvet Curtains". When they arrived, I thought that the package was a little smaller so maybe the other curtains would arrive separately. To my surprise when I opened the box, 4 of the 6 panels that I ordered where in there, and none of them were velvet or chartreuse! They were textured sateen in a pea green color at best.
