My star rating is the for the 2nd set of molds that I ordered, from the seller of the same name brand of these molds...homEdge. If I was rating my first set purchased from HuvuH, it would've been 1 star, 2 at the most. I ordered these twice. The first set was ordered from the seller "HuvuH". They came late from China and I didn't get my complete order of 2 different sizes. The large molds were completely smashed the way they were packaged individually in plastic bags, were super thin and flimsy. (I received a refund from Amazon since that storefront closed) My 2nd order was from the seller "homEdge", the name of the brand. The set of 3 came nested inside of each other and were a better quality. Thicker overall and packaged well. The spheres were round as they should be. So even tho' the price was higher from homEdge, if you want better quality molds, order from them. They were Prime shipped and arrived sooner than estimated too. Another thing...the homEdge set of 3 looks exactly like the picture of the listing (see the mold on the right). While the cheaper thinner set had a small dent/hole in each of the 4 corners (see the mold on the left). It was from them trying to copy the Fat Daddio version of these molds. You can see the distinct difference looking at the back of the molds.

This was my first attempt at making hot cocoa bombs and the molds were super easy to use! Mine bombs look messy, but that's because I am a complete newbie to chocolate molding and this was truly the first time I've done it. The molds peel back from the chocolate very nicely. My only complaint is that it's pretty difficult to get all of the chocolate residue out of them, but I think that might be a common issue with chocolate molds in general. Very pleased with the purchase.

I bought these molds with the intention of making some hot cocoa bombs. I didn't read the information carefully enough, and was surprised by the size when they arrived. They were smaller than I hoped for, but I didn't want to spend more money, so I stuck with the original plan. Even though they turned out smaller than I wanted, the molds were great! After the chocolate shell set, they easily popped out of the mold without sticking. Washing was simple too. Just threw them in the top rack of the dishwasher and they came out nice and clean.

Had my doubts when brushing the chocolate into mold, but couldn't had been easier and unmolded beautifully. Great time with granddaughter. John

Do NOT waste your money! These are tiny. Not at all what is pictured. Saying these molds are designed for Hot Cocoa Bombs is very misleading and false advertising. Not only are they very small, they are very poor quality. They are flimsy, mis-shapen, and have dents and scratches and bumps inside the mold. You will not get a very smooth quality product using these, and that’s if you get them at all. Do not buy from this seller. They use the unethical practice of creating a shipping label to make it appear that the item was sent, but not actually shipping it for days or weeks later. In my case 12 days. The shipping label was created Dec. 11, Mine were supposed to arrive by Dec. 17th, but didn’t even get taken to a carrier facility until Dec. 22nd, and just arrived on December 29. BUYER BEWARE! Poor product and poor business practice.

I’m not sure what they mean by warmth? Anyway, these are NOT 2.04 inches, they measure under 2 inches. They would still be considered medium in my book because they are larger than the small ones but they will make a decent sized half sphere or chocolate bomb. They took forever to ship, at one point I didn’t think I’d ever get them but I did and the package was TINY so I was concerned. They’re ok, I would not purchase again. They are extremely flimsy so I may have to stack them to fill. All stacked together have great weight and stability but once you take them apart, they are almost paper thin. They may be easy to clean but I don’t know about easy to use because they are so flimsy. 3 stars because they are decent but I would not purchase again.

I purchased these with the intent of making hot chocolate bombs. I see a lot of reviews about how irritating they are because the bombs don't work. I have noticed that the molds themselves are absolutely fine, it's more user error. Depending on what you make with these it'll take a little practice, just like anything else, to get it right. As for the molds, they are durable and easy to use and i personally find that the chocolate comes out easily, when done correctly of course. With a little practice i will have this down no problem. I say if you are on the fence about this purchase just ask yourself if you are willing to do the work to make your product good. The molds are great!

Die Portionen, die man aus diesen Formen backt, sind ideal als Nachtisch. Das Produkt an sich ist qualitativ gut und es gibt nichts zu meckern. Preis Leistung stimmt.

Acheté pour faire des coques en chocolat, mission accomplie ! J’ai également fait des meringues. Résultat parfait également. J’ai pu démouler sans souci. Pour la taille, je les ai trouvé plus petit par rapport à mes attentes. J’ai mal estimé la mesure. Sinon très satisfaite de mon achat

Ich habe damit Schokoladenkugeln hergestellt und war sehr zufrieden. Die Formen sind robust und lassen sich leicht reinigen. Top!
