Cover rice cooker and let it run its cycle. Once it’s done, let sit covered for about 5-10 minutes. Uncover and fluff with a fork and serve. For the first method, soak your rice in water overnight. After draining and rinsing your pre-soaked rice, cook it in a 1:5 ratio (one part rice to five parts water), and drain excess water before serving. Cooking it this way is reported to remove 82 percent of any present arsenic. But the rule in any case Soak your rice over night drain rinse with fresh water.
