Once you finish drinking the first mixture you prepare with rum, wine and honey, you simply remix rum, wine and honey again, pour it into the bottle and allow it to ferment for 4 days before drinking. NOTE: Before you use the bottle, you fill the bottle up with red sweet cheap table wine and allow the bottle to sit for 2 - 3 days. Then you dispose of the wine. Now you add your mixed rum, fresh red sweet wine and honey according to the instructions and recipes provided. **Q: How many time can I re make this bottle after finish ?** A: On average more than you can drink from it over 5+ years. No one really knows however there are those that own their bottle for 10+ years. My guess, at full strength 5+ times. The more you refill it with rum, wine and honey, the longer you have to wait for fermentation each time you refill the bottle. Like a tea bag, there comes a time that you can no longer extract the essence of the plant ingredients.
