How many cans are included? The description does not say and the questions and answers give conflicting information.

I purchased this item from Amazon Fresh last week and it was 1 can (5oz.) for $1.52. I am not sure why that same can would be over $4.00 through regular Amazon. The seller should be clear about what exactly is being offered. The description here is the same as the description I saw on Amazon Fresh, so I assume this is just for 1 can. I would not pay $4.00 for a 5oz. can of tuna.

My first delivery of tuna for the monthly product was 5 oz as described, found out the last two deliveries 4.5oz,no notice. why?

Hello- I can't answer the question about how and when the manufacturer changes the amount of tuna in a can. I can advise the larger 12 ounce can (drains to 9 oz.) easily holds enough for 4 good sized sandwiches (mayo, onion, celery seed and sweet pickle juice). If you watch the pricing, sometimes you can get a heck of a deal.
