After ordering I received an email from the seller with a link to a video, written instructions, plus extra videos and tips from other instructors regarding "flipping" and how to start hitting the ball better. The seller also reminded me of how difficult it can be to overcome this issue and the importance of practicing, even if only a few mins. every day or so. It fit over my clubs snugly and has helped me with my full swing as well as with my chipping. No training aid is going to make me a pro, but this did help me to start flipping less and hit the ball more solidly.

It is a good training aid and intends as designed, but the quality is not amazing. The rubber piece holds onto the grip well, but the stick (which screws into the rubber piece) is not held well. After about an hour of use, the rubber threads started deteriorating and the stick was flying several range stalls over during my swings. Could be fixed with glue, but keep this in mind when using this so you don’t almost hit someone like I did.

A stick like this was recommended by my golf pro to improve ball striking off the turf. The stick keeps you from "flipping" your wrists before the ball is struck. The club must strike the ball before the turf to get a clean, crisp shot. The stick falls out of the hole in the rubber cup that fits onto the club. This problem can be fixing by gluing the stick to the cup. It is a nice training aid for the price.

Decent product, but is a very tight squeeze for midsize grips, and doesn’t really work for oversized or jumbo grips.

Good idea but bad execution. The stick literally came off when I was swing with it. It should be molded to the rubber but it isn’t. The calllaway version is better after I return this and got that one.

My golf coach is working with me on stopping the "chicken wing" and this stick is a convenient way for me to practice pretty much anywhere. I really like how I can use it while watching TV, hanging around the house or even take it to the range. I’m definitely seeing great results off the tee box since practicing with it.

This works well but the rubber part that attaches to the grip of the club, could be a bit tighter.

This training aid is a great idea. As a professional swing coach I know that this idea is a time honored method for getting foward shaft lean on the club and increasing compression. I was hoping this was an aid I could quickly add to a students club and then just as quickly remove after the lesson. However, this is a poorly executed training aid. The cup that fits over the grip works pretty well when brand new, but when the weather heats up and the cup weakens through use, it will not stay on the grip. But the biggest disappointment was how quickly the orange rod that serves as the entire unit's purpose, fell off. It wasn't even 2 hours of use until the rod pulled through the cup. The washer used to back up the screw that holds the rod into the cup wasn't big enough to hold the rod in place. This is a lack quality control or a lack of understanding of how the training aid is supposed to work. I cannot recommend this item in any way. Especially when you can buy a $3.00 alignment stick at Home Depot, shove it down the hole in the grip, and have exactly the same training aid that won't fall apart. Avoid this item and save your money.

They made this product in a good will. But the quality of this product is just too bad. The holder and the stick will easily break apart, after only a few swing the thread on the stick is tearing down the thread on the holder. Right after that the holder won’t be able to hold the stick anymore…..

最好要知道自己的握把尺寸跟這個產品的內徑是否可以適配。我因為用的是粗的握把，所以套不進去。想給我太太用，但她的握把又太係，以至於套上去之後無法固定。

本当のハンドファーストのインパクトは、体を左に回す事で球を捕まえる事が出来ます。実際のクラブに装着して、手だけで打つとシャフトが体に当たります。体を左に回して、左手を背屈させない様に打つと、ハンドファーストのインパクトを直感的に理解出来ます。廉価で良い練習機です。1つだけ問題点は、シャフトが抜けやすい事です。強粘着の両面テープとか、アラルダイトで接着補強して使うと良いでしょう。 これと併せて、ハンドファーストインパクトを実践するには、Impact Snapという練習機が有効でした。
