It’s a Chinese copy of German steel X50crMoV15.
Professionals choose wisely. Old brand like Crystal claims of using German steel seems out of place and false information doesn’t make a good brand. Product looks good that’s about it. This product can’t retain its edge for long… needs sharpening frequently so be wise and get a diamond sharpener. 5Cr15Mov is a low-end cheap stainless Steel (it’s a Chinese copy of the famous German X50CrMoV15 steel), high in Chromium for corrosion resistance. It was made for the knife industry, especially for kitchen knives. This one is Chinese don’t know what’s German about it… may be wood and shape of the knife.

All-purpose knife - looks great but doesn't cut well
This review is for the all-purpose knife. I ordered it assuming it will cut well due to the serrated edge and the German steel but alas, it does not cut well at all. The only thing good about it is the looks. It looks very nice, very sturdy and the handle is really beautiful and may last you for ever. But it does not cut well :(. I had recently purchased Victorinox kitchen and carving knife (4 times costlier) which does a far better job in terms of cutting. Check the images, side by side with the Victorinox. I will try to post a video soon.
