This stuff is the cats meow. I am pregnant and I always try and keep my water intake up but sometimes I can’t. I take a packet of this and bam. Feel great quickly. I also used this for hangovers before being pregnant. Works amazing for that as well. Tastes good. Good health benefits. Lasts me a while per box. And I usually get heartburn from other brands but this brand is better to digest in my body apparently.

I know most of you buy this and drink it as is with cold water, but not me. I take a large mug that holds 3+ glasses of water. I start by adding a scoop and half of lemon iced tea powder, then add 1 trace mineral electrolyte packet, add 1 mio energy powder packet and finally fill with filtered water and stir. The mio packets provide a B-vitamin mix and caffeine. I always have 3 different flavor packets of the mio energy on hand to chose from. Sometimes I use a watermelon trace mineral packet, other times I use a Guava Passion Fruit trace mineral packet. Between the two, I can vary the flavor mix to have a different flavor drink each day. There are lots of trace mineral electrolyte packet flavors to chose from. Besides the watermelon, and guava passion fruit (which I like and reorder) i've also tried the mixed berry (which I didn't care for the taste, and haven't reordered.) Alternatively, you can mix the electrolyte packets into hot herbal tea. I do this on occasion in the colder winter months. Unlike the trace mineral reds pak and greens pak which contains enzymes and probiotics that loose effectiveness if added to hot water, these electrolyte packets have nothing that loses integrity when added to a hot drink. You might love these as is mixed with cold water, but don't be afraid to mix it up and find other flavor profiles you love.

excellent for replenishing your body with necessary critical minerals, and vitamin C. I usually drink a half pack in the morning, and then again in the last half of the day. Great product!

Myself and my whole family enjoy these power paks so much. My kids take one every day in their lunch to add to their waters and my husband and I drink a couple a day too. I know they are good for me but they also bring a little enjoyment to water if your not that great at drinking your daily water. I will always take extra during sickness and if I know I will be having a few alcoholic drinks I'll make sure I am well hydrated with these these power paks. I also gift them! So in short they are great! Great flavors!

The box on the left shows the product I ordered at least 20 times. The packets were about the same size as tea bags. The box fit perfectly in a top kitchen drawer. Delicious flavor helped me drink more water. Box on right has a different size and design. It looks dated and cheap to me, and the box is too tall to fit in a top kitchen drawer. (Standard "silverware" drawer in the U.S.) The packets are narrow tube's that don't open as easily as previous design. The flavor has not only changed, but it's less potent. Now it tastes weak and barely has a fake watermelon flavor. I cancelled my subscription to this and I'm looking for a replacement that is not from Trace Minerals.
