I don't know if it is the best of all weights rack, but it sure is very strudy and not at all "flimsy". Mine looks and feels very well made. It came with all parts (I read some have received this with missing parts for some reason) and a very easy to understand how to install instructions. However, it was not at all the easiest to assemble. It took me 45 minutes to do it all on my own with no help. It wasn't easy. You have to have the skills of a rubber man to both hold the nut and the bolt at the same time and try keep the entire device in one place holding it from falling apart. Anyway, after 45 min. I had myself a pretty cool weights rack that holds all of my weights in one place. My room looks a lot more neat now and to me it is what matters the most. Worth buying.
