Also they shipped the monitor in a 2nd box with no power cord, lol. Like who does that! Also HDMI cables and 2 VGI cables were missing. Luckily I already had extras in the house. After 12 hours of frustration I took everything down and reboxed for return. This was an awful experience and I will never be buying from Aventis Systems again. The only part that was good was the monitor stand. Unfortunately, the packaging was seriously inadequate. Two out of 4 monitors were damaged, with loose parts inside ( although I was able to make them work) The computer was in such shape, that I actually decided to open it up to make sure no packing debris got inside. Vacuumed, reassembled .
