The seat foam is very hard and strong. The back mesh takes my body pressure very well. Most importantly, the back support add-on works VERY VERY well for a developer who's in the chair 8 hours a day.# of Features: 4.5It has most features people need, tilt, elevate, tighten/loosen swings, and lock in position. The back support is a great thing to have. I wish there's separate tilt controll for the seat and the back. Right now the angle between seat and back support is fixed.Design (White version): 5It is a beautiful white/gray chair and perfectly matched with my desk. Very pleasing to the eye when I first see it.Build Quality: 3Because it's white, you can see a lot of build quality issue easier. It is mostly made of hard plastic as most of the chairs are, but somehow when it is black, you don't think about it. After unpacking the various pieces, I noticed that the plastic on the back of the chair was cracked. Amazon replaced the broken item quickly, and the new chair arrived in good condition.Chair was easy to put together (~20 minutes), and looks very nice. The adjustable lumbar support is very handy, and the seat cushion has been comfortable so far. The armrests are sturdy, and the mesh seat back provides good support. The only issue I have is after a long day of sitting, the hard plastic, unpadded armrests can start to feel a little uncomfortable on my elbows.
