Years ago I bought no-ant pet bowls in a very similar design but could not find anything similar when I looked for more. There are other designs out there, but the water moat is too small and has to be refilled too often or the water spills out when you carry them from the sink. These bowls have a large protected water reservoir under the feeding bowl that does not have to be refilled for days. These are well made, very solid and tip resistant. I have also had no success with designs that do not use water. I have been looking for these for so many years and have already contacted the seller to see if they can get the next larger size from the manufacturer. These work great for cat food including 5.5 oz. cans and smaller dog food portions. THEY REALLY, REALLY WORK REALLY, REALLY WELL!!!!!! Can't find anything else out there that compares.
