Just make sure you are only immersing the pH probe and the water doesn't reach the wire to prevent damage. We recommend cleaning each probe once a week or once every 2 weeks. Re-calibration of PH probe should be done if product is used for a long time to ensure accuracy. **Q: Why can't you put both in the same water?** A: I had the same problem. To fix it I put one probe in first, waited a couple minutes then put in the other one. I don’t remember which one I did first.
