## Questions & Answers

**Q: How many carbs per serving?**
A: To corroborate what is written here already, as of 1/6/23 I just received these and their net carbs are 2g per serving, 8g per bar. This wasn’t always the case as their original formula was 1-2g for the entire bar, but I forgot they had changed it when I ordered these.
Per Bar:
Total Carbs: 48g
Dietary Fiber: 27g
Erythritol: 13g

**Q: Similar question: is this a new formula?  when i calculate net carbs based on pictured label, i come up with 1 net carb, not 3.**
A: Same here. I get 1 net carb. But the nutrition facts in the description say fiber is 12g, not 14g like on the label. These have always been 3 net carbs per serving. I don’t know why these ones are labeled as 1 net.

**Q: Where can you buy just one? Not spending $35 only to find out I don't like it**
A: I got this chocolate bar at Wegman's grocery store. They were $3.49 each.  The 12 pack will save you a few dollars, but the 4 pack version will cost you way more! I will stick to going to the store to get them.

**Q: Can this be molded?**
A: Yes, you can melt in a double boiler or microwave and poured into molds.   I use this in recipes all the time.
