Easy to install and retrofit. I think this product is overpriced for what it is

Diverter stopped working shortly after installation. Purchased two of these systems, both diverters gave out within two months. Considering I purchased primarily to use the handheld option, a complete waste of money. Two stars only because the overhead works fine.

DO NOT BUY THIS! Water pressure is terrible! I bought and installed and immediately knew there was an issue. I called and all they did was send another held held unit. Still terrible pressure. So I did a flow test with theirs and another Water Pik brand shower head. The water Pik was almost twice as much water flow. I sent this info to them and they never called back. I called them again several months later and still no call. Grohe's customer service sucks, especially when you prove to them their product is faulty and the design is terrible. When trying to adjust the temperature, it takes 30-60 seconds to change. That proves the water doesn't flow through as fast as it should.

Just as long as People know this one thing I wished I knew first. After installing the entire unit, And tightening the set screws, it had Low water pressure coming out of shower head (compared to the prior one). So I set out to remove the simple flow control device, which online forums said call the Company to find out where it is. Well the flow control device was located in the very first part so every piece of the unit had to be disassembled to get back to where it is. It’s been a week and I haven’t done that yet.
