Great Product!
I've reordered this item a few times now. The capsules are easy to swallow and I don't have any adverse effects-like heavy feeling in my stomach- that some supplements cause. This is a great product if you need to keep your calcium and vitamin D up, like I do. And the magnesium helps, too

Work Great and easy on the stomach.
I have been taking these calcium magnesium capsules for about a year. They are the only ones that do not mess with my stomach. I don't know how many calcium pills/capsules I just had to throw away because they made me feel sick, but not these. They also do work, as my calcium levels were great when I got my recent blood work back.

Calcium in an easy to swallow capsule!
These are the best calcium/magnesium capsules I have ever taken. First off, I have never found calcium in a capsule before. These capsules are medium size, not the large size of the calcium tablets. Also, I feel like they might be working better because my nails seem to grow faster while I am taking these. They never upset my stomach and theyโre very easy to swallow and get down.

Excellent Product
This is an excellent product. I started using it due to irritable leg syndrome and cramps in my legs. All better now. I have had times when I ran out but found a BIG difference so went back on it. Andrew Lessman has his own plant and formulates everything himself. I have used many of his vitamins and he is a wealth of knowledge and dependability
