Could these be installed on a Toyota Sienna 7 passenger van used to tow a camper, because you want the extra support normally for 8 passengers?

yes these are excellent shocks I have new struts on the front and kyb in the back the van has 204000 mi on it and rides like new

Is there any quantifiable difference between these 344480's and the 344308's? I have a 7 seater Sienna, but I haul a lot of weight.

The only difference is the length. The 344480 is 27.12" extended / 17.24" collapsed, the 344308 is 26.18" extended / 16.41" collapsed. Both fit a Sienna rear, but it depends on the year model and whether it's AWD or FWD. They have the same mountings, too.

Are there any other parts required? I would be willing to buy new boots and bushings too.

No other parts are required! It has a new mounting bushing pressed into the bottom and new hardware/bushings to install on the top. This shock is not meant to have a boot for standard installation. One possibly could be added, if desired.
